Recently purchased a used car from here and I'm very happy with both the vehicle and customer service received. The purchase was completely hassle free from the friendly non-pushy staff. The car did develope a very small fault soon after buying but this was rectified by the team immediately at no extra cost. The car was also delivered back to my home address some miles away. I would definitely recommend looking here for your vehicles as I will do in future.

To follow that up, we have also been named as a CarGurus 2018 Top Rated Dealer, and also 2020, and 2021. In response to our 2x 1 Star reviews, I am particularly surprised by Mr Davidson's review. Firstly Mr Davidson, , thank you for buying 3 cars from me, and having previously been happy with the service that you received. This actually makes this situation even more disappointing to me. Secondly, I would like to address your complaints. My staff in our workshop have been with me a very long time, and very rarely let me down. However they are human. I put my hands up and say that the problems that occurred are very unusual, but we will work hard to make sure that they don't happen again. Re the washer jets: your comment implies that I didn't care. This is simply not the case. I politely explained to you that our cars are independently MOT'd so assured you they will have been ok at the point of collection, but would repair them without quibble, which we did promptly. What is the most surprising is that when you collected the car after the final repair, you actually thanked me for my help, so I was unaware of your dissatisfaction. Having parted on the usual good terms is particularly puzzling for me. However, I would love to discuss your complaint in the hope that we may regain your trust, trust that you obviously had to buy 3 Nice Cars from me. I really hope so. Regarding the other 1* review, I think it is a bit unfair to be called a liar, as all the reviews on my Facebook page (Alyn Brewis Nice-Cars), Auto Trader, Google etc etc will tell you otherwise. The Corsa that the customer bought was a 2002 (now 15 year old) car at £999. As most people know, not using a car (he had only done 862 miles in a year) is not good for it as parts seize up and don't work as well as they would with regular use, so I would say only doing 862 miles is a disadvantage rather than an advantage. As the MOT history is available online to check, I would suggest being charged £650 for the 3 items that failed (nearside front brake pipe, offside rear brake pipe and a CV boot) would indicate that the young lad would have saved quite a bit of money by using our workshop (or possibly any other), as our quote to do this is £192.90 inc VAT and the MOT. But him being overcharged has resulted in me getting 1* and being called a liar. There are always two sides to every story! If only he had contacted me beforehand rather than leaving a bad review than I would have been able to explain things, and try to keep him as a valuable customer, as to me, reputation is everything (Hence why I feel the need to respond to the review). If you are considering buying a car from me, please look at every other review on here, Facebook, Auto Trader and Car Gurus, and make your own mind up. Thanks

The staff from start to finish were very friendly. If your looking for a small, medium or large car this garage has them all. All cars are maintained to the highest standard my car had no marks or scratches on it with half the milage of any others on the market. I'd happily recommend these to anyone I meet and I'll be using them again for my next car
